Some say, “But our sales process is excellent!” Kudos to you because it’s one of the best things you could have invested in. We know (and use ourselves!) an excellent sales process when we see one: customized for a fitness/wellness business, prescriptive, and created by people who really know sales. Actually, that creator and your sales manager can sell in their sleep! They have the strong qualities, skills, and beliefs to do it. But what about your sales team?

Sales associates often suffer from hard-to-detect conditions.   • Understand the ten elements of the Checkup. Which ones are top priority to fix (think Emergency Room) versus pesky but not life threatening?
  • Learn how to use the Checkup as a hiring tool. Which of the ten elements are Must Haves coming in the door? When should you administer the Checkup in your hiring process?
  • Preview the Clinic – experience it as your sales associates will.
  • Become an RxSales specialist – that means with an expert’s understanding of each condition, how we fix them (the psychology behind each one), how to lead Spot Conditioning meetings, create meaningful role plays, set sales goals, and manage performance.
  • Use your RxSales software platform to set up candidates for a Checkup and, after you hire them, set them up for the Clinic and your Spot Conditioning meet ups, whether that’s as a group or one-on-one.

Most people complete The Pharmacy in 90 days and commit about 3 hours per week to mastering the material and preparing to be an extraordinary RxSales Specialist. Time with your peers

The Pharmacy membership includes a virtual meeting with other stakeholders, studio managers, and sales managers who are certified RxSales Specialists.
